Supporting the Work
What a donation to Maranda Mathis is, what it is not, and what happens to it.

What you are giving
A donation here is a voluntary gift towards the work. You receive nothing in return for it — no piece, no print, no place in a queue, and no advantage of any kind over anyone who gives nothing.
It is not tax-deductible
Maranda Mathis is not a registered charity or a tax-exempt organisation. A donation made here is a personal gift, it is not tax-deductible, and no receipt for tax purposes can be issued. Please do not treat it as a charitable contribution.
How it is taken
Through a payment provider, over an encrypted connection. Your full card number never reaches this site and is never stored by it. What we see is the amount, the date, and the name and email you gave.
Giving regularly
If you set up a repeating donation you may stop it at any time, with no notice and no reason needed. Write to Show the address and it stops before the next payment.
Refunds
A gift is not refundable. If you gave by accident, gave twice, or typed the wrong figure, tell us within 7 days and it will be returned without argument.
What it pays for
Paper, graphite, framing and postage; the cost of running this site; and the hours the work takes. It is not held separately from the studio’s other money, and it is not earmarked for any particular piece.
Who may give
You must be at least 16 and using your own means of payment. Please do not give money you need. Records of donations are kept for 7 years because tax records must be. Last updated August 29, 2026.
